To support our Management, we are currently looking for:

MeJuvante │ Data analytics (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Work with the Data Analytics team on automation of regular data delivery for current data analysis project primarily by using SQL, Python and Hadoop.
• Develop applications for self-service analytics solutions using OpenShift, Python, JavaScript and SQL.
• Execute unit and system testing and create the technical documentation for the solutions
• Enhance software engineering principles within the team adopting the market’s best practices alongside with Banks principles and procedures.
• Enhance existing solutions on technologies such as Python, Hadoop, Docker, tableau and check for opportunities of onboarding new technologies and apply approaches to bring the function to the next level through innovation
• Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that simplify data delivery processes and make them more efficient.
• Apply highest quality standards as your solution will become an integral part of compliance execution processes.
• Manage, coordinate and lead projects and deliveries without supervision

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science etc.) or equivalent work experience ideally in the banking industry.
• Experience as full stack developer ideally using Docker, Python and SQL.
• Experience on development frameworks for both front-end (e.g. React) and back-end (e.g. Flask)
• Knowledge of data analytics techniques to solve real world problems (Data Analysis lifecycle)
• Knowledge of machine learning models and concepts is beneficial
• Reporting and Visualization (Tableau, QlikSense, matplotlib) is preferred
• Big data analytics (Hadoop, Hive, Impala) is considered a plus
• Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum), relevant tools (Confluence, Jira) and good understanding software engineering principles
• Innovative, creative, articulate and able to work directly with a broad range of stakeholders
• With problem solving skills and a data mind-set able to understand complex processes and data structures
