We supported an international payment service provider for credit cards in implementing the PSD2 directive. Our customer offers his customers from the banking sector white label solutions for credit cards and thus required individual special reports on the status quo as well as its monitoring and reporting for the implementation of the PSD2 guidelines for himself and his customers.
In order to support him in implementing the directive, we first derived the regulatory requirement from the PSD2 directive. These requirements were complex, as PSD2 not only concerned the processes, but also the technical framework. The customers and employees of our customers were trained on the topic by us in workshops that we had prepared and led. Based on the derived requirements, we have established uniform processes and implemented them on time in accordance with the implementation deadline granted by the guideline.
