We supported an international financial institution as functional project leader for implementing a regulatory reporting of a MiFID II-platform. First, we analysed and realized the requirements to a platform for conduction MiFID II reporting. Second, we audited the platform and third we reviewed and designed business and IT processes.
The client afterwards benefited from a platform enabling regulatory reporting of EMIR, FINFRAG, DODD Frank, MiFID and MiFID II and a company-wide usable process design.
