Professional Conduct
We place great importance on making a positive impression with our clients through professional conduct and excellent work performance. This applies from the first to the last moment of each assignment. We carry out our tasks conscientiously and ensure a proper handover upon completion of a project. For on-site assignments, we ensure that etiquette is observed, for example with regard to dress code and communication style when interacting with project stakeholders.
Career Development and Training
We support our employees in their professional development through various training programs and the acquisition of certifications. Learning takes place via internally developed learning platforms. For employee development, we use quarterly goal-setting meetings as a mentoring instrument, in which employees can actively influence and shape their objectives.
In addition, we deliberately assign internal tasks to foster employee development. Depending on individual strengths and areas for development, employees are given specific tasks to help deepen and strengthen particular skills.
Working Conditions
Every new employee is provided with a mobile phone and a laptop. A company car can be made available if required. Participation in training programs is supported when there is a corresponding need. During the pandemic, we supported our employees working from home by providing monitors or additional equipment where necessary. We also provided protective masks to our employees.
