Team Cohesion Among Colleagues

We regard fair and cooperative interaction as a prerequisite for long-term success. Respect, support, courtesy, and fairness are fundamental values in our company.​

In daily stand-up meetings, our employees receive support for their project work. In urgent cases, they can also contact their supervisors outside of scheduled meetings. In addition, weekly buddy calls are held to encourage mutual exchange. Through various shared tasks, our employees are also well connected with one another.

Teamwork is harmonious, as our employees are motivated and treat each other with respect. Opinions are exchanged constructively. In addition to communication within team tasks, there are further communication channels in which consultants support one another as mentors when specialized expertise is required.​

We organize regular company events not only to stay connected by phone during everyday work, but also to strengthen relationships through in-person meetings. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Christmas and Easter celebrations as well as other on-site events were replaced by virtual meetings in order to maintain contact in the most personal way possible.​


Interaction with Colleagues of Different Ages​

All our employees—regardless of age—are socially and professionally integrated. Older employees receive the same level of respect as younger colleagues.​

Leadership Style​

In daily stand-ups, our employees receive support with their project work. In urgent situations, they can also reach out to their supervisors outside of scheduled meetings. Colleagues from abroad are supported during onboarding at MeJuvante, including assistance with finding accommodation, relocation, and dealing with administrative authorities.​

Interesting Tasks​

We also deliberately assign internal tasks as part of employee development. Depending on individual strengths and areas for development, employees are given tasks that help them specifically deepen and enhance certain skills.
