During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Christmas party and other in-person gatherings were replaced by virtual events in order to maintain contact in the most personal way possible.
Work-Life-Balance
Absences due to medical appointments, tradespeople visits, etc., are coordinated with the client. Flexibility depends on the respective client situation. Timely coordination of appointments is the responsibility of the employees.
Absences due to vacation, further training, etc., are coordinated with both the clients and MeJuvante.

Environmental / Social Responsibility
Sustainability aspects play a central role in our business decisions. This is not only about creating sustainable added value for our clients, but also about sustainability with regard to the environment. We are aware that working as consultants requires a high level of mobility. To offset the associated CO₂ footprint, we have supported reforestation projects.
