Permanent role for someone who can run a programme and tell the truth about it. You deliver project, change and release management, assess risks independently of the people who own them, and build the governance that keeps an operation defensible when something goes wrong.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Deliver project, change and release management, and own operational readiness for go-live
- Identify, register and independently assess risks and issues across projects, services and systems
- Build mitigation plans and contingency strategies, then monitor whether they are actually working
- Design and implement risk management tooling and methodology rather than maintaining spreadsheets
- Maintain and improve operational governance frameworks, process descriptions and workflow documentation
- Prepare and present project, risk and governance material for steering committees and board level
- Contribute to systemic risk analysis and support crisis simulation exercises
- Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders and service providers towards one plan

Ihr Profil
- Project, change and release management on regulated, multi-stakeholder programmes
- Independent risk and issue assessment, including the willingness to disagree with a project lead
- Risk management methodology and tooling design
- Operational governance: process design, workflow documentation, control descriptions
- Business continuity and crisis exercise support
- Confident with MS Project, Jira and Confluence, or equivalents
- Board-level written and spoken communication in English and German
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years in project, risk or operational management, ideally in financial services or market infrastructure
- Track record on programmes running longer than 12 months with genuine regulatory exposure
- Certification in a project or risk method preferred (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SAFe, or a risk equivalent)
- Degree in business administration, economics, computer science or comparable, or equivalent experience
- German C1 or better plus fluent business English
