Permanent role coaching programme and project leads inside large public-sector IT organisations - 60+ parallel software and infrastructure projects, formal PM methodology, and an accessibility-focused variant.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Coach programme and project management to the applicable public-sector PM methodology
- Capture and analyse requirements
- Build integrated planning across sub-projects: goal trees, work-breakdown structures, work packages, effort, schedule, communication and quality plans
- Build and maintain the risk register and dependency matrix
- Maintain scope, boundaries, responsibilities and completion levels of work packages with line managers
- Write project applications and status reports
- Prepare and facilitate project team meetings, committee meetings and lessons learned
- Work up and present decision needs; run variance analysis and corrective measures
- Monitor milestones, dates, progress and cost; maintain the stakeholder communication matrix, project handbook and documentation
- Accessibility variant: also produce Art. 30(1) GDPR records of processing and data-protection impact assessments (DPIA)
- Digital-portal variant: run project management for public education-portal delivery

Ihr Profil
- 4+ years practical project management with documented references
- Formal PM methodology in public-sector IT programmes
- Digital PM tooling; strong Office and web-based collaboration / editorial systems
- Risk, dependency and milestone management
- Accessibility and GDPR documentation (VdV, DPIA) for the accessibility variant
- German at native or near-native level (C2 for the portal mandate; C1 minimum elsewhere)
Qualifikationen
- At least one PM certification: PRINCE2 Foundation, IAPM Junior Project Manager, ITIL v4 Foundation or comparable
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable, or equivalent experience
- Public-sector reference projects strongly preferred
- Security clearance may be required
