Permanent advisory role for public-sector IT sourcing: ITIL-grounded service design, operating-model change and externalisation of IT services.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Advise public administration on IT services, operating-model change and externalisation
- Design and document IT services, processes and service levels
- Support tender preparation with functional requirements and evaluation criteria
- Work alongside the project manager and negotiation expert through award
- Transfer knowledge to client teams

Ihr Profil
- 10+ years as a functional IT-systems consultant
- 5+ years in functional IT consulting, IT operations or IT service management in the public sector
- Operating-model change with an external service provider; externalisation of IT services
- German C1 or better
Qualifikationen
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
- ITIL certification (Managing Professional / Strategic Leader scores highest)
- Current PM certification (SCRUM, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or SAFe) an advantage
- Public-sector reference projects
