Permanent role leading regulated IT-security projects end to end - network security, transport encryption, IDS/IPS, SIEM, privileged access and identity management, vulnerability management. You own plan, budget, quality and the audit trail; AI drafts the paperwork.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Own planning, steering and control of IT-security projects to a formal project-management guideline
• Deliver network-security, transport-encryption, IDS/IPS, SIEM, PAM, IAM and vulnerability-management projects
• Secure project goals across time, quality and cost
• Prepare management and board decisions, including architecture decisions
• Close audit findings and coordinate remediation across all affected protocols and systems
• Keep a targeted information flow to the team, stakeholders, second line of defence and auditors
• Run requirements and change management, test management, quality management and go-live/handover to line

Ihr Profil

• 5+ years leading IT-security projects longer than 12 months
• Proven delivery in at least one of: network security, transport encryption, IDS/IPS, SIEM, PAM, IAM, vulnerability management
• Requirements and change management; project planning and control (budget, resources, deliverables, milestones)
• Test management, quality management, rollout and change management (training, communication, line handover)
• Confident with Microsoft Project; agile delivery (Scrum) experience
• German C1 or better plus good business English

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science or business informatics, or equivalent experience
• Project-management certification strongly preferred (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI, SAFe)
• Reference projects in a bank or financial institution
• Strong conflict resolution, communication and structured methodical working
