Manager Account and Admin (m/f/d)
Job Description

Your Task

  • Vendor management in terms of payments, invoicing
  • Petty cash management
  • Payroll processing on the HRIS portal
  • Processing of bills
  • HR admin activities like employee database creation, follow ups, recruitment coordination, document and file management
  • Meeting scheduling, MOM creation, appointment handling
  • Travel management
  • Follow up within department in India and Germany
Skill Requirements

Your Profil:

  • Several years of work ­experience related to HR, admin and general accounting and bookkeeping
  • Well versed with MS office, MS access and report generation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically
  • High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management ­consultancy
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
